I am passionate about helping people to recover and want to make my coaching accessible. I charge £25 for a 50 minute video or phone session.  You can purchase a month's coaching from me for £100 and for this we will meet 4 times in the month.  I use FaceTime, Google Meet and WhatsApp so the platform is your choice. If you would prefer to have email only coaching sessions we can arrange this.

I also provide email support following a session if you chose.

How long will it take to recover?

I would say that a period of 3 - 6 months would be a good indicator but that is not set in stone, some people take longer and some less. Some people simply need guidance to find their own way of healthy eating and then they can recover very quickly. Once you start to stabilise your metabolism you will see reductions in your urges to binge and this could be in as little as 6 weeks. I start off by providing strategies to help you normalise your eating. Coaching then continues to guide you through the process of recovery. Recovery will be at your own pace and I would never tell you what to do, your recovery will be determined by you with me as your guide.
