The Binge Code - Alison C Kerr - This is a great book, very easy to read and in fact the book that I used to help me to recover.

The Bulimia Help Method - Ali and Richard Kerr - also a fabulous resource for people with both binge eating disorder and bulimia.
Brain over Binge - Kathryn Hansen - I love this book for the explanation about how our brains work. I also love the Brain over Binge podcast.
